Kindly send us your proof of payment to info@bellringerhouse.co.za or fax it through to (051) 436 8836, using your full name as a reference.

Please note that our rates are subject to availability and season.

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation policy applies should you wish to cancel your reservation:

• More than 1 month before arrival: 0% of total booking
• 1 month up to 2 weeks before arrival : 30% of total booking
• 2 weeks to 7 days before arrival : 50% of total booking
• 7 days to 1 day before arrival : 75% of total booking
• No-show or cancellation on day of arrival : 100% of total booking

Please Note that for security reasons we need your ID/Passport when you book in as well as your medical history in case of an emergency.

Rooms are available from 14h00 and the gate and reception are closed at 20h00.  
No Reservations will be accepted after hours unless special arrangements has been made.
